| Why are Russian ladies seeking western men?
Naturally, Russian women like Russian men. Unfortunately, the number of caring, affectionate, faithful, family-oriented men in Russia and the CIS is rather low. A lot of men abuse alcohol and are lazy. As a rule, they spend time with friends, drink and have affairs with other females. So, Russian wives are forced not only to provide for the family, but also to keep house, which is a norm in the Russian society. Very often Russian males are not engaged in upbringing of children and actually have a dim understanding of 'a good Dad', as many of them were raised by mothers who lost their husbands in the war.
Moreover, females significantly outnumber men in Russia. Due to a great number of ladies, Russian men are often rather spoiled and do not value the relationships the way they should. Females feel glad even if they marry such a type of males as depicted above, as they fear to be lonely, despite their strong-willed and determined character. Those who lack confident, put up with the terrible behaviour of their husbands, others petition for divorce.
Actually, it is almost impossible for a 35-year-old woman to find a husband. If a lady has kids, she is unlikely to get married, too.
A lot of Russian women suppose that overseas men make better life partners, as they are more liberated, family-oriented in comparison to Russian males as well as will pitch in with the household chores. They suppose that they will create a stable financially secure family with foreign men. A considerable number of Russian females also conjecture that overseas they will have more opportunities for self-realization and can secure a better childhood for their children than in the fatherland.
Many Russian women give preference to experienced western men, as they feel secure knowing they are unlikely to be dumped for a younger female. Since females are seeking love and financial stability, they need experienced and dedicated men nearby.
